Fiesta de Agave with Don Julio
Bar Miette invites you to a series of exciting bar takeovers during ‘Fiesta de Agave,’ all to celebrate Don Julio Tequila — a beloved favourite among bartenders worldwide. As part of the Fiesta, talented bartenders from some of Australia's best bars will feature their best Don Julio cocktails.
Sunday 27 October — Disco Pantera, from 4pm
Sydney’s Disco Pantera, a new cocktail bar by brothers Gordon and Ross Purnell, channels the spirit of 1970s New York, and serves creative cocktails set to a disco beat. Join us on Sunday as their team mixes up the drinks while we fire up the grill and serve Yamba king prawn skewers with lemon and aioli, and baby corn grilled in the husk.
Monday 28 October — Foxtrot Unicorn, from 4pm
Underground, quirky and cool, Foxtrot Unicorn is shaking up some of the most delicious cocktails around, and is undeniably one of the best bars in Perth. With the talented Shirley Yeung at the helm, look forward to a special event at Bar Miette on Monday, featuring their finest drinks (plus Bar Miette burgers).
