King’s Birthday Weekend at Bar Miette

Long weekends are always joyous, an extended opportunity to unwind and do something a little bit different. This Sunday, we're jumping at the chance to fire up the hibachi grill from 2pm. Stacked with Yamba king prawns, Margra lamb arrosticini, Stockyard Angus beef skewers and 1/2 shell Hervey Bay scallops - let the smoke of the hibachi lure you to the terrace.

To follow, we’ll take it slow on Monday’s public holiday, offering an all-day brunch from 8am to 3pm before rolling into our Monday burger night from 4pm. Start the day with bacon baps and Bloody Marys for brunch, or finish with a prime cheeseburger and a glass of Beaujolais for dinner.
