The Jasmine
If you enjoy craft cocktails, it’s likely you have encountered the Jasmine, even if you didn’t know it by name.
Traditionally, this cocktail comprises of gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, and Campari — however our unique rendition omits the gin and Cointreau, opting instead for small-batch, handmade Saison Rhubarb Vermouth, Tasmanian Blood Orange Eau de Vie, house-made bitter aperitivo, and a hint of lemon zest. The result is a crisp, citrus-forward cocktail with a subtle grapefruit finish.
